Is 1:1 Coaching right for me? 

1:1 Coaching is right for you if your looking to get the best of what I have to offer. In my 1:1 coaching I can go deeper and more personalized that in any other program I offer. 

Do I need a referral from a doctor? 

Nope! But I wish every doctor would recommended birth coaches to their pregnant moms.

What is INCLUDED IN 1:1 BIRTH COACHING

My coaching program includes bi-monthly 45-min coaching calls, access to private messages, 25% discount on enrollment in future programs and services

What Type of Packages are Available?

Is this the same as hiring a birth doula?

1:1 Birth Coaching is not the same as hiring a birth doula. Birth doulas are birth support persons who are present during your birth. They typically offer 1-2 prenatal visits as well. I offer support during pregnancy and after birth that brings together the best of my experience as a therapist, doula, and coach. Every 1:1 client is unique and I show up to support your unique desires, vision and goals. The best way to know if this is a good fit for you is for us to have a call together.
