Aligned Birth Sessions
Aligned Birth Sessions are a series of 4 one on one holistic birth preparation sessions to prepare both your physical body and mindset for birth. The sessions bring together the best of my skills as a licensed pelvic floor therapist, doula and birth coach.
Session 1
Your Assessment
An in depth whole body assessment of your current physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic states to determine the areas of focus for achieving the goal of preparing your for a calm, confident birth experience. This session is about me understanding you; your pregnancy, your body, your mind and your desires for birth and early motherhood.
Session 2
Your Mindset
We begin our collaborative work together with mindset. In this session you will learn techniques and activities you can incorporate into your routines and habits to develop positive mindset for birth. This process is about understanding how you process pain and stress then adopting soul aligned techniques to help you remain or return to a calm, confident mindset under ever the most challenging of circumstances.
Session 3
Your Physical Body
This session is all about hands on treatment to release, balance and mobilize your physical body in a way that will optimize your birth experience by supporting an easy route for baby out of your body. This session end with recommendations for exercises, movements or positions to begin consistently using at home.
Session 4
Integration
This last session is about returning to elements covered in previous sessions that deserve more attention, need practice or simply felt so good you want to do them again!

SESSIONS ARE IDEALLY BOOKED BETWEEN 16-36 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY

Most women attain maximal benefit after 4 sessions.
However, from time to time, additional sessions are required
to thoroughly address complexities that could impact a calm, confident birth.
Subsequent visits are available and arranged on case by case basis
