I have a new little routine that is providing me with so much inspiration and freshness to begin my day. I take a short 10-15min walk after I drop my girls at school and before I begin working. I intentionally began this for 2 reasons
-To get more movement in my day
-To help me settle and clear my mind before shifting from mom to professional
I'm sharing this because I struggle with mom-brain, monkey-brain, overwhelmed brain, too much on my plate brain… just like you, right?
So, to help clear your mind for better focus, could you find a movement based activity that you can sprinkle into your routine?
on't go crazy here, just something that feels enjoyable and easy enough to do most days- dance, walk, stretch, breath… so many things could work.
By separating our to-do's by moments of mindful movement you will get fresh blood flow to your brain, preparing you for more success with what your next to-do is.
Try it out and let me know how it goes…
