Is Pelvic Health Essentials right for me?
Pelvic Health Essentials is open to all women- whether pre-conception, pregnant or postpartum 10 years, you will find immediate value in this program. This group coaching format is geared toward highly motivated women who place value in prevention and health optimization. Women of all ages (18+) are encouraged to join!
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
Nope! But I wish every doctor would recommended this program to all their patients!! It would literally reduce their caseload allowing them to spend more time with the patients that REALLY can benefit from their care.
What is the learning format?
Completely self-paced! Access is available for 6-months to encourage you to move along and get the results you are looking for!
Who is this program not for?
All women could benefit from Pelvic Health Essentials however, it is not intended for women with severe pelvic floor problems, I suggest in-person pelvic floor therapy instead.
Is this Program the same as pelvic floor therapy?
This program provides you instruction on how to prevent or improve mild-moderate pelvic floor problems common in women of all ages. It provides you with knowledge, support and guidance on how to make better decisions for your pelvic health.
